How do I set or change my availability status?
Unless you are live with a project, your account status will show as 'Available'. At your end you will not be able to change the status.

How can I see the jobs I've applied to?
As an agent, you can see the jobs you have applied for under the 'Jobs' section on the dashboard.

Why was I fired?
If you are fired, you will be notified about it from your project coordinator or your hiring manager.

How do I change my timing?
You can change your preferred work days and slots under preferences in your profile. But you cannot change for the projects you had applied.
